We are a small shop, working as fast as we can to bring you these badass lashes! Rest assured we strive for the best and fastest customer service we can, be patient with us, we know your excited to get these lashes. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days (in some cases 5-7 business days during weekend sales) to receive your order depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Therefore, turn around time to receive your order can be estimated between 5-12 business days.

No returns, No exchanges on lashes for sanitary reasons.

We offer an exchange only for clothing merchandise.
Exchange only will be issued on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
